Lot of improvements

So I added following improvements:

- weapons with explosive shells - now it will be easier to beat that Drone Rush map 

- better management of production in strategy game mode (single screen with all provinces allowing to build buildings and produce mechs)

- more techs, more weapons and components

- more balanced pricing for research (some techs were way too cheap)
